Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time and appreciate your consideration in providing us with advance notice. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Cancellation within 48 Hours: Appointments canceled within 48hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $20. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact 6475611483 or email info@laserluxe.ca We charge a $20 fee on appointments that are rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment date and time. Late Policy: We allow customers a buffer time of 15 minutes, if you arrive 15 to 30 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged a $10 late fee and a $20 late fee for arriving over 30 minutes after your appointment time. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from providing 24-hour notice, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule to serve all our clients effectively.
