Repair cream Cicaplast or Arnica from Glymed plus 2 times a day
Use Ph balanced Cleanser
Do not hesitate to use a thermal water mister
No sun, UV, for a minimum of 3 weeks
In case of going out, wear a hat throughout the process of desquamation
Sunscreen (fragrance-free) index 50 every day
Do not scrub at least 21 days of tender
Do not tear off the skin during the desquamation
Do not rub hard on the area being tested
Always keep your hands clean when touching your face along the desquamation
